These guidelines are designed to protect both you and our business, establishing mutual understanding and expectations for our detailing and paint protection film services.

Booking your service: Deposit essentials

All secure bookings for Titan Detailing & PPF services are deposit-based. Your booking is only confirmed once this deposit has been successfully paid directly to Titan Detailing & PPF via bank transfer or our supplied Stripe link. Please note that deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. The specific deposit amount will vary depending on the chosen package and the scope of work required. We offer a 48-hour window from the time of booking during which you can alter your booking to another nominated person, provided all other terms and conditions are met.

Fair pricing: Heavily soiled interiors

While we strive to provide excellent value, please be aware that additional charges WILL apply if your vehicle's interior is heavily soiled with mud, excessive pet hair, mould, vomit, or blood. We strongly advise customers facing these conditions to send us a few select pictures before booking. This allows us to provide a fair and accurate estimate upfront. If no prior notification is given, the final price will be negotiated on the day before any work commences.

Your agreement: Understanding our terms of business

Upon every booking with Titan Detailing & PPF, you will be asked to read and acknowledge these terms and conditions. By proceeding with your booking, you agree to abide by our terms of business. Any bookings that are made but subsequently affected by the aforementioned conditions (e.g., heavily soiled interior without prior notice, or missed appointments) may result in the full booking charges becoming payable. In such instances, an invoice will be sent to the address and email you supplied during booking. Failure to pay will regrettably result in legal action being taken. A missed booking represents a missed wage for our team, and we will not fall victim to a loss in time or pay under any circumstances.
